Project Manager required for a major Carbon Capture Storage project based in the Netherlands
Responsibilities
- Able to lead a team of discipline engineers, commercial and HSE.
- Effectively engage with key stakeholders and partners.
- A motivated self-starter able to work independently whilst ensuring the supervisor is fully engaged.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Able to challenge others in a constructive manner.
- Good coordination skills.
- Able to react to, and adapt to changes in the project scope and or regulatory framework.
- Capability to work in a structured and process-driven manner.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly comprehend the business.
- Able to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Pro-active and dynamic approach.
- Flexible and adaptive to change.
- Fluent in English and Dutch language is a plus.
