Unser Kunde, ein führender Übertragungsnetzbetreiber, sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung des Teilprojekts "Civil" im Bereich Onshore-Projekte. About the position
In the role of project management in the “Civil” area, you will assume overall responsibility for all aspects of the implementation of planning and construction services in connection with land stations. Your tasks range from the initial soil investigations through the system layout to the successful commissioning of all planned systems in civil engineering. Your professional management forms the basis for the smooth installation of the high-voltage system.
Areas of responsibility
- Planning necessary measures in your sub-project, active support in the creation of contract documents, contract negotiations and the preparation of application documents in accordance with BImSchG or approval guidelines. You ensure compliance with all approvals, legal regulations, technical specifications and contractual agreements within your subproject.
- It is your responsibility to ensure strict compliance with documentation guidelines during all phases of the construction project, including construction and commissioning phases.
- Your tasks include ordering and delivering your own services on time, as well as coordinating and operating interfaces to other trades to ensure smooth collaboration.
- You not only guide the suppliers in creating the necessary documentation, but also keep an eye on the construction work and your own construction site team.
- Another central aspect of your job is implementing safety from the start to create and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements profile
- Successful degree in civil engineering from a university or technical college or an equivalent qualification.
- Extensive professional experience as a partial or project manager in the field of civil engineering, ideally in the context of the construction of larger industrial facilities.
- Solid knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral expression skills in German and English.
- Commitment, flexibility and mobility, including occasional business trips.
