Shipping Coordinator – Vessel & Crew

We are working with a global shipping company who is currently looking to hire for a Shipping Coordinator (Vessel & crew permitting) responsible for assisting the Shipping & Energy commercial teams with providing clear & concise details relating to the importation of all types of vessels & marine crew entering Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external) which relate to Shipping & Energy customers. Ensure to provide customers with accurate & timely information related to the vessel & marine crew requirements in Korea.
• Provide accurate information relating to vessel and crew requirements received from respective government & port authorities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal port operations staff to ensure a smooth delivery of services and handling of vessel.
• Input job file details in a timely and accurate manner to ensure up to date information in real time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in similar position/ industry, preferably with experience in handling large scale projects for Energy customers.
• Shipping services.
• Vessel importation requirements
• Offshore crew work permitting
• Fluent in Korean and English
