About the Role
Our client is pioneering the implementation of Systems Engineering (SE) in a substantial offshore project. This transformative approach is reshaping how individuals operate within our client’s organization and its contractor network. The ultimate goal is to integrate SE tasks and responsibilities seamlessly into the daily work routines of all personnel.
As a Workstream Systems Engineering Advisor, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Systems Engineering within designated workstreams. Positioned within the Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilites
- Main point of contact and subject matter expert for Systems Engineering in our client’s mega project across different Workstreams.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with workstream leads, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with SE principles and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to workstreams, ensuring adherence to our client’s standards, methodologies, and processes.
- Collaborate with requirement owners and stakeholders to validate and verify the correctness and completeness of requirements within the library.
- Ensure requirement owners have access to necessary tools and resources for effective validations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of SE principles, methodologies, and standards.
- Proven experience guiding and advising project teams or workstreams on SE-related activities.
- Familiarity with Relatics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex situations and providing practical solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of deliverables, along with a hands-on mentality.
