An exciting oppotunity to join a top 1 solar module manufacturer, as a Technical Service Specialist RESS.
The Role:
- Technical support on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of inverters and battery storage systems for photovoltaic installations.
- Support monitoring of system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and energy production improvements.
- Troubleshooting realted to inverters and storage systems, both onsite and at customer locations.
- Provide support for customer training activities, including instructions on system usage and maintenance.
- Assist at trade shows and industry events by providing technical support and answering visitor questions.
- Maintain the latest technical documentation and participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in installing and maintaining inverters and battery storage systems for photovoltaic installations.
- Thorough understanding of basic principles of electricity and energy conversion.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within Europe
- English, German is mandatory. Italian language (B2) is a plus.
