Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex bidding processes for offshore wind turbine supply to international projects until contract signature.
- Lead and mentor your sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and foster a collaborative environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process for technical and commercial topics related to wind turbine generator (WTG) supply and service.
- Represent the entire product portfolio, including solar, hydrogen, and storage solutions.
- Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements and define winning sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and compile proposal packages.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the offshore wind industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, commercial concepts, and sales documents.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the wind industry, ideally offshore.
- Proficient in technical aspects of large-scale renewable projects.
- Experience in sales processes and contract negotiations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving renewable energy technologies.
- Ability to translate project requirements into contractual terms.
- Fluent in German and English (verbally and in writing).
