Are you a results-driven sales professional with hands-on experience in the wind power or broader renewable energy sector? Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team and drive business growth across Australia. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives and work closely with senior leadership to expand their presence in the fast-growing clean energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive General Manager to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with the company’s strategic growth plan.

  • Lead market development initiatives, including customer demand analysis, competitor bench marking, and industry research to shape the company’s competitive sales strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new sales opportunities, manage customer negotiations, and oversee the full sales cycle from contract signing through to delivery and after-sales support.

  • Oversee execution, delivery, payment collection, and risk control of overseas orders and projects.

  • Contribute to overseas brand promotion and represent the company in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or Business Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in international or overseas markets.

  • Proven experience in the wind power or new energy sector is essential.

  • Solid understanding of the new energy landscape, with strong commercial acumen and experience in modern marketing and enterprise management systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and think strategically.

  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally for short- and long-term assignments.
