With the largest installed base of temporary off-grid hybrid systems in the UAE and majority of the market share in mobile camps, we help clients cut diesel costs, reduce emissions,and improve operational performance.

About the Role:

Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a high-energy Account Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in construction, O&G, and industrial sectors
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored hybrid-energy solutions (solar-battery-diesel)
  • Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Drive account expansion and retention through proactive customer engagement
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor project performance and ensure customers receive best-in-class service
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
  • Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
  • English and Arabic speaking.
