Location: Tokyo, Osaka

Reporting to Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecyclelifecycle execution of critical construction and infrastructure-related projects. This role ensures that all project objectives; covering schedule, cost, functionality, quality, safety, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved. The position involves direct client interaction, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of operational, technical, and financial project aspects.

  • Establish, manage, and maintain the overall program schedule, ensuring that all milestones and performance targets for schedule, cost, functionality, quality, and safety are met.

  • Take full ownership of project execution from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client expectations.

  • Lead or participate in the conceptual development of construction projects, including scope definition, organizationalorganizational planning, estimating, scheduling, and implementation.

  • Manage project financialsfinancials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control measures.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Working knowledge of structured cabling and fiberfiber deployment (pathways, cabling, termination, labelinglabeling, testing/acceptance concepts)

  • 5+ years supporting data centercenter or critical environment infrastructure projects preferred.

  • Japanese and English – business proficiency
  • Certifications / Licenses:

    • Class 1 / Class 2 Electrical Construction Management Engineer (1 級/2 級 電気施工管理技士電気施工管理技士)

    • Chief Electrical Engineer (Type 1-31-3)

    • Electrician License / Electrical Worker (電気工事士電気工事士)

    • Class 1 / Class 2 Telecommunications Construction Management Engineer (1 級/2 級 電気通信工事施工管理技士電気通信工事施工管理技士)
