Senior Electrical Engineer
What Will You Be Doing?

Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead electrical engineering studies across project life cycles (Pre-FEED, FEED, Procurement, and Delivery), focusing on export & inter-array cables, offshore/onshore substations, and grid connection interfaces.

Grid Connection Strategy: Drive grid connection strategies, review connection offers, and engage directly with local network operators, transmission owners, and key project stakeholders.

Procurement & Package Support: Develop technical specifications, equipment configurations, and technical bid evaluations for critical electrical packages.

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex electrical analysis into actionable design decisions and practical recommendations for international developers and lenders.

Team Mentorship & Business Growth: Guide junior/mid-level engineers, contribute to proposal preparations, and help drive business development initiatives across South Korea.
What Are We Looking For?

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total electrical engineering experience, including at least 2+ years dedicated to Offshore Wind projects.

Technical Expertise: Solid track record in offshore wind transmission configurations, cable system studies, and grid integration strategies.

Consulting Mindset: Excellent client-facing skills with a proactive approach to building long-term relationships and solving complex technical challenges.

Languages: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Korean is required for local stakeholder interfaces.
