Site HSE Specialist

* Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans and procedures in accordance with national and international regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, providing timely recommendations and corrective actions.
* Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and ensure effective implementation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
* Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, reports, and records, including incident reports, audit findings, and training logs.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related matters on site, liaising with project management, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
* Participate in the development and review of risk assessments, method statements, and work permits to ensure all activities are conducted safely.
* Promote a proactive safety culture through communication, engagement, and recognition programs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
