Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

* Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Perform in-depth market research to uncover new

business opportunities in the power sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on

these opportunities, aligning with overall goals.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture robust relationships with financial institutions,

investors, government agencies, and other critical stakeholders to facilitate business growth and

development.

* Project Support and Management: Partner with the legal, finance, and project management teams

to ensure the smooth progression of business development initiatives, including the negotiation

and execution of project agreements and financing deals.

* Commercial Agreements: Aid in the negotiation and formulation of commercial contracts to

ensure they align with strategic and financial goals.

* Financial Modelling: Utilize advanced financial modelling techniques to analyse and evaluate

business opportunities, supporting the decision-making process with detailed financial insights.

* Electrical Engineering Expertise (If applicable): Leverage technical expertise in electrical

engineering to assess project feasibility, optimize project designs, and ensure that technical aspects

align with business development goals and industry standards.

* Team Collaboration: Engage actively with the business development team on various projects and

tasks, offering support across different functions as required.

* Subsidiary and JV Management: Provide oversight for the corporate governance of subsidiaries and joint ventures in Taiwan, focusing on strategic alignment and operational

efficiency.

* Compliance and Policy Adherence: Guarantee that all business operations and strategies are in

compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and group policies. This includes

overseeing corporate housekeeping activities such as resolutions, delegations, share transfers, and

shareholder loans among subsidiaries and JVs.
