About the Role:
Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a high-energy Account Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in construction, O&G, and industrial sectors
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored hybrid-energy solutions (solar-battery-diesel)
- Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
- Drive account expansion and retention through proactive customer engagement
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure flawless execution
- Monitor project performance and ensure customers receive best-in-class service
- Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
- Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- English and Arabic speaking.
