About the Company

Our client is a global leader in advanced energy and infrastructure technologies supporting some of the world’s most demanding digital infrastructure projects. The organisation is expanding its footprint across Asia and investing heavily in next-generation AI and hyperscale data centre developments.To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced AIDC Technical Solutions Engineer to join their regional team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the development and deployment of critical power infrastructure solutions for large-scale data centre projects. You will work alongside customers, consultants, engineering teams and project stakeholders to design and deliver reliable, scalable solutions for rapidly growing AI and cloud infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical evaluation and solution development for new data centre opportunities.
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into practical engineering solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, bid submissions and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations and design reviews.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor technical performance, testing and certification requirements.
  • Assist with technical agreements and project documentation.
  • Support local and regional project delivery activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems or a related field.
  • Experience within data centre infrastructure, critical power systems or electrical engineering environments.
  • Understanding of UPS systems, HVDC architectures, battery technologies, power modules or energy storage solutions.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing engineering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel regionally when required.
