About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our organisation in the renewable industry. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and promoting our renewable energy solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the renewable industry.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  7. Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and generate reports to track progress.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports.

Qualification and expertise:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in the renewable industry, preferably in BESS.
  3. In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, product solutions, and services.
  4. Experience with project finance or financial close transactions preferred.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
