We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our team for a permanent position based in Tokyo.
Company is a leading joint venture delivering large-scale renewable energy solutions, you will lead the end-to-end proposal and bidding process for major offshore wind projects, ensuring our submissions are competitive, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire bid lifecycle from initial qualification to final submission. Lead bid activities, from bid strategy through to bid award including directing team members from across disciplines and or JV partners

Work closely with technical, commercial, and project teams to gather details and write compelling, high-quality proposal documents.

Establish strict bid production schedules and ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.

Review tender documentation to ensure final submissions align perfectly with client requirements and company guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
*Japanese and English language proficiency required

- Experience in the Renewables and or Energy sector either in bid and auction processes or commercial project / investment management advantagous.
- Experience analysing project financials and developing business case and bid strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen to support the project team and challenge the inputs and assumptions in the financial modelling and bid economics.
