We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional growth in Taiwan and across Asia.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial development within international business environments

Solid understanding of complex project operations and contract negotiations

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional foreign languages are a plus

Strategic mindset with proven presentation and leadership abilities
Key responsibilities:

Develop and manage regional Key Accounts, building long-term partnerships

Identify and secure new business opportunities in local and regional markets

Support proposal development, pricing, and bidding activities

Negotiate agreements, resolve claims/disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Lead and mentor a small regional team in commercial and BD activities
Others:
- Should be based in, or willing to relocate to, Taipei or Taichung City.
