Our client, a global expert in integrated solutions for renewable fuels and Power-to-X, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commissioning Manager to join their Green Hydrogen Division. With over 170 years of engineering excellence, our client blends innovation and expertise to deliver safe, efficient, and customized plants worldwide. This role will be based in Vienna, Austria and offers the chance to work on pioneering initiatives in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate commissioning activities for large-scale green hydrogen plants in an EPC environment.
  • Provide technical and organizational leadership to the commissioning team and suppliers on-site.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during project commissioning.
  • Coordinate interfaces with customers and project participants to ensure seamless commissioning and start-up processes.
  • Contribute to project schedules and prepare progress and status reports for ongoing commissioning efforts.
  • Lead resource allocation in line with contractual and budget requirements.
  • Document deviations and implement corrective countermeasures when necessary.
  • Facilitate regular commissioning meetings and attend customer discussions for smooth project alignment.
  • Ensure that occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance align with our client’s specifications.
  • Mentor young engineers and promote knowledge-sharing best practices among the team.

Required Skills

  • Green Hydrogen Expertise: Knowledge in renewable resources and Power-to-X advancements.
