Construction and Commissioning Engineer Civil

Construction and Commissioning Engineer Civil required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide contractor(s) with input and clarifications for construction crew, ensuring
  that all workers follow safety protocols and project plans.
• Assist with project schedules, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of each phase
  of the construction process.
• Work with architects, engineers, and other professionals overseeing project plans, ensuring that
  all necessary permits and zoning requirements are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to secure necessary materials, equipment, and services.
• Review and approve project tenders, making recommendations for cost-saving measures and
  improvements to project efficiency.
• Participate in quality inspections (WD) for civil scope.
• Conduct site inspections, ensuring that all construction processes for civil work are compliant with
  building regulations, codes, and standards.

Requirements

• A degree in construction management, Civil engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role with construction.
• Preferably Deep Knowledge of Polish construction law, safety protocols, building codes, and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• An experienced, detail-oriented construction and commissioning civil engineer
  who can assist in and oversee our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that each
  project is completed safely, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
