As the Construction Manager, you will own the execution phase of utility-scale solar projects. You will act as the pivotal bridge between the corporate strategy team and the site, managing EPC contractors, optimizing CAPEX, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction & Tendering: Participate in the preparation of Tender documents for EPC contracts, focusing heavily on technical requirements and collaborating during contract negotiations.

Contractor & Interface Management: Manage EPC contractors, technical assistants, and specialist services. Handle claims, change orders, and interface alignments across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracted terms.

Project Planning & Optimization: Prepare and regularly update the Construction Management Plan. Constantly optimize CAPEX and project schedules against forecasts and budgets.

On-Site Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise on-site activities and review engineering documentation, drawings, and procedures to ensure total project compliance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain a clear communication plan. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to transparently communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to key stakeholders.
