Construction Manager | Renewable Energy Project Developer | Japan-based
We’re looking for someone with strong construction project management experience, ideally someone who has managed projects from planning through completion and has hands-on experience managing EPC contractors, contracts, claims and change orders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage construction activities from planning through completion
- Manage EPC contractors, including claims and contract compliance
- Monitor site progress, schedule and budget/CAPEX
- Coordinate contractors, engineers, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Oversee commissioning, testing and project handover
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulations and project requirements
- Report project progress, milestones, risks and challenges to stakeholders
Your Experiences:
- Strong construction project management experience
- Contractor management experience
- Strong leadership and people management
- Building, infrastructure, industrial or other construction backgrounds are acceptable.
- Native-level Japanese & Proficient English
