About the Role
Are you a hands-on project leader with a passion for renewable energy? A global clean energy leader is seeking a Senior Project Construction Manager to drive the implementation of large-scale PV and BESS projects across Germany. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of the energy transition.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from planning to execution and final acceptance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, safety, quality, and team performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development to assess new opportunities and support feasibility studies.
- Oversee procurement, cash flow, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with both internal standards and local regulations.
- Report regularly to HQ and country management on project progress and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Native German speaker with fluent English.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in PV (BESS experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of EPC practices and international standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic mindset.
