Contract & Procurement Professional for a major offshore wind project in France.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to defining and drafting procurement procedures applicable to the project.
  • Acculturate and support project team members in procurement best practices.
  • Ensure validation of procurement decisions in line with company governance.
  • Assist in entering purchase orders into NetSuite and archiving complete procurement records.
  • Review contracts for compliance with project constraints, particularly for external studies and services.
  • Support contract management, including tracking commitments and handling disputes.
  • Propose tools for procurement reporting with relevant performance indicators.

Experience

  • Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project phases including some experience as package contract engineers.
  • Contract preparation, CFT, negotiation, administration.
  • EPC contract professional (15 years dedicated to Projects)
  • Ability to work with complexity and challenging stakeholders
