Executive Assistant – Management Trainee (Executive Office)

Location: willing to relocate to Vietnam Facility , willing to have business trip to the U.S

Position: Management Trainee – Executive Office (CEO Office)

This role serves as a strategic pipeline for cultivating internationally oriented management talent within the Group. Through structured training in the Executive Office, the trainee will systematically develop a strong understanding of core functions such as strategic coordination, operational support, executive services, and cross-functional collaboration. The goal is to rapidly grow into a mid- to senior-level management talent with a holistic perspective and strong leadership capabilities, supporting the Group’s strategic execution and overseas project development.

The role involves handling foreign-related affairs, supporting Executive Office and corporate operations, tracking key Group-level initiatives, and participating in the preparation and advancement of overseas projects.

1. Foundation Support Stage (Focus: Understanding & Adaptation)

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks of the Executive Office and become familiar with its workflows and standards.
  • Participate in Executive Office / Group-level meetings, including senior management sessions, and track the implementation of decisions.
  • Monitor Group performance data, industry trends, and market policies; prepare briefings or reports as required to support decision-making by the Vice President / President.

2. In-Depth Engagement Stage (Focus: Capability Development)

  • Participate in key company initiatives, such as coordinating major project execution, including documentation preparation and progress tracking.
  • Support foreign-related affairs, including communication and coordination with external partners and government agencies; handle early-stage communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Independently conduct research and analysis on issues arising from Executive Office operations or company initiatives; produce reports with problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, and recommendations.

3. Value Contribution Stage (Focus: Independent Execution)

  • Independently manage selected Executive Office projects, such as supporting the development of the company’s annual business plan or coordinating early-stage international partnerships.
  • Assist the Vice President / President in tracking the implementation of key strategic decisions; collect feedback from departments, analyze challenges, and propose solutions, producing execution tracking reports.
  • Contribute to optimizing management systems and workflow processes within the Executive Office / Group, offering practical recommendations to improve overall efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency; Chinese is a plus
  • 0-3 years of work experience
