Key Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of the company renewable development activities in Poland, creating the organisational capability and strategic partnerships needed to deliver sustainable growth.
- Take ownership of the onshore wind development pipeline, guiding projects from origination through permitting and grid connection to construction readiness.
- Identify and assess strategic acquisition opportunities that accelerate pipeline growth and reinforce market position.
- Act as a key representative of the Company across the Polish renewables ecosystem, fostering productive relationships with public authorities, regulators, landowners and industry partners.
- Ensure development investments deliver attractive commercial outcomes through effective portfolio management, capital allocation and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- An outstanding track record in developing onshore wind projects in Poland and delivering projects to Ready-to-Build status.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish development, permitting and grid connection frameworks within the renewable energy sector.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic evaluation skills, supported by sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.
- An extensive professional network and the credibility to influence key stakeholders across the Polish renewable energy market.
