The Investment Analyst will support end-to-end transaction execution and portfolio management activities across data center, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial modelling (DCF, IRR, project finance structures)

Conduct commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence

Coordinate with legal, tax, and technical advisors

Prepare investment committee materials and board papers

Support capital raising and investor reporting

Monitor portfolio performance (CAPEX, OPEX, covenants, cashflow tracking)

Evaluate new market entry opportunities across APAC
Requirements

3 to 5 years’ experience in PE, infrastructure funds, project finance

Japanese fluency is a must, English business level expected

Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
-
Experience in energy or digital infrastructure preferred, not a must
