Investment Analyst – Data Center

A leading Asia-based real assets platform with a strong presence across key markets, focused on logistics, infrastructure, and digital assets. The firm is actively expanding its data center investment platform in Japan as part of its regional growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support data center investments across the full lifecycle (acquisition, development, asset management)
- Assist with financial modeling, cash management, and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams, JV partners, lenders, and external stakeholders
- Support reporting to fund managers and investors
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in real estate, asset management, or finance
- Fluent Japanese (mandatory) and business-level English
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Solid communication and stakeholder management ability
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
