About Our Client

An established, globally backed solar technology manufacturer is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support the growth of its distribution business across Sweden.

This is a key role focused on expanding market share within the residential and C&I segments, working closely with distributors, installers, and EPC partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting distributors and key installer networks across Sweden
  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with wholesalers, EPCs, and strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and account expansion
  • Support partners with product positioning, technical understanding, and value proposition (efficiency, LCOE, performance)
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to align market needs with product offerings
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solar PV sales within Sweden (modules, inverters, or distribution)
  • Strong network across distributors, installers, and EPCs in the Swedish market
  • Solid understanding of the PV value chain, including technical and commercial drivers
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
