Land Acquisition Specialist for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Germany
Responsibilities
- Identification and evaluation of suitable sites for photovoltaic and wind energy projects in cooperation with our specialist departments
- Initial contact with owners and administrators on site
- Negotiation and conclusion of usage contracts and other agreements
- Support in obtaining planning permission by presenting the respective projects to local authorities, planning authorities, or other stakeholders
- Point of contact for all project participants from the initial idea to handover to project management
Experience
- You are empathetic, persuasive, and a strong negotiator.
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a driver’s license, enjoy being on the road, and feel comfortable working in the field.
- You have completed your education and have already gained experience in the field of renewable energies.
