Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities across Eastern Europe, including branding, channel co-marketing, product marketing, and communications.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of PV module market dynamics, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem across Eastern Europe.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with regional market needs and the company’s overall strategy.
  • Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and targeted marketing initiatives for Eastern European markets.
  • Establish and strengthen joint marketing partnerships with distributors and key partners across the region.
  • Leverage partners’ digital and physical channel resources to enhance the visibility and market preference for brand and products.
  • Provide marketing support to channel partners and collaborate closely with Business Development teams to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and execute regional brand events, industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the global brand team and European Marketing HQ to ensure consistency in brand messaging and PR activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard local marketing and communication service partners for effective campaign implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in the European market; experience in Eastern Europe is a strong advantage.
  • Industry background is flexible, though experience in renewable energy or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Proven expertise in B2B/B2C brand building, channel co-marketing, and value-based product marketing.
  • Fluent in English for professional daily use.
  • Fluent in Polish (mandatory requirement for the Eastern Europe region).
  • Additional Central and Eastern European languages (e.g., Czech, Romanian) are considered a strong advantage.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach.
  • Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Prior experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry is preferred.
