Role Overview
Offshore Substation (Topside) Design Leader to join in Seoul office, a vibrant team of engineers offering engineering design for offshore substation of offshore wind farm.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Offshore Substation Topside design project.
- Leading and developing offshore substation designers by drawing upon their skills and experiences.
- Supporting energy advisory teams in the assessment of offshore wind farm technical due diligence project.
- Supporting the further development and enhancement of in-house digital design tools to provide efficient and cost-effective bespoke solutions for wind farm foundations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevance to offshore wind engineering fields, such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering
- +10 years’ professional consulting experience in marine and offshore energy infrastructure preliminary design and detailed design services including OSS Topside design
- Hands-on experience as project manager or director leading multi-million-dollar fee engineering, advisory, or consulting professional services in the energy sector with demonstrated successful financial, technical, and relationship outcomes
- Fluent in English for both speaking and written
- Required full relocation and work in Seoul, Korea
