The Procurement Manager, based in Tokyo will lead strategic sourcing and contract management across Japan’s infrastructure portfolio within renewables.
The role will drive cost optimization, vendor risk mitigation, and supply chain reliability across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for EPC

Lead RFP/RFQ processes and commercial bid evaluations

Manage OEMs, EPC contractors and key suppliers for renewable projects

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranties and payment terms

Support drafting and review of EPC, supply, and service agreements

Align procurement strategy with project financing requirements
- Provide reporting to senior management and investment committee
Requirements

3-5 years of procurement experience in infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects

Strong experience with EPC and equipment supply contracts

Familiarity with renewable energy, substations, BESS appreciated
- Fluency in English and Japanese for local stakeholder engagement
