As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Japan. Working closely with the Project Delivery Manager, EPC contractors, consultants, and international stakeholders, you will coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects from construction through commissioning.
Coordinate EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and construction progress.
Assist with construction planning, procurement, commissioning, and project close-out.
Review technical documents, progress reports, and project deliverables.
Identify project risks and support mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
Coordinate with both the Japan team and international stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
Requirements
Experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong construction knowledge (essential).
Experience coordinating contractors and multiple stakeholders.
Good understanding of project delivery and construction processes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Business-level Japanese (required).
English communication skills sufficient to work with international teams.
Experience in renewable energy, power, utilities, or EPC projects is an advantage.
