Project Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Germany

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of internal and external service providers.
• Planning the electrical and communications connections for wind farm and solar park projects.
• Securing grid connection points, obtaining and updating reservations.
• Negotiating with energy suppliers regarding potential (optimized) grid connection points and communications connections.
• Coordination and monitoring of the construction of the electrical infrastructure of wind/solar parks.
• Support and management of the structural planning of substations and transfer station.s
• Construction management of substations and grid infrastructure.
• Preparation and processing of tender documents.

EXPERIENCE

• Completed (technical) university degree in energy technology, renewable energies, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or proven equivalent skills or knowledge.
• Professional experience in photovoltaic energy project development is an advantage
• Practical experience in the application of project management tools.
• High degree of personal responsibility.
• the Offshore Wind Energy industry or Oil & GasMastery of MS Office tools (e.g., Excel) to support these analytics is required.
• Drivers license (B)
