Position Overview
The Project Manager takes overall responsibility for driving key operational and supply chain projects to successful completion-ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you will manage project costs, schedules, and resource allocation while actively leading continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead local and regional projects from conception to final closure, defining scope, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.

Drive root-cause analysis, identify operational process gaps, and lead CI events to optimize workflows across safety, quality, and delivery.

Manage project budget proposals, allocate internal/external resources, and serve as the main communication hub for local stakeholders and global leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements

Native Japanese level required, with basic level of English proficiency for global communication

Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in project management, large-scale process development, or industrial supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and supply chain/production methods and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle conflict, and solve complex operational problems without direct authority.
