Taylor Hopkinson are proudly engaged on the search for a Project Manager to lead multiple utility-scale PV and BESS Projects throughout Germany, assisting the construction managers who are based on site.

We’re looking for candidates with native-level German and who have successfully delivered at least 4 Solar projects recently.

Role

Managing multiple ongoing projects at once, being fully responsible for the organisation, management and execution of the project.

Coordinate various matters such as design, procurement, construction, logistics and materials, grid-connection, commissioning and acceptance.

Responsible for the project schedule, cost, quality and safety to ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality.

Responsible for engaging and communicating with stakeholders such as local governments, communities, and subcontractors, and resolving key issues.

Responsible for collecting and reporting relevant information.

Assist in handling permits and approvals.

Organise project regular meetings, compile and report project monthly reports and weekly reports.

Requirements

Successful experience with Utility-scale PV and BESS construction projects in Germany

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, or Engineering Management;

Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as international engineering PMP, IPMP, CIOB, etc

Demonstrable recent experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them delivering utility-scale solar projects as PM.

Proficiency in using project management software such as MSProject and P6

Good organisational coordination and communication skills

Native-level German language skills
