About the Role
Lead quality management across APAC ESS/BESS projects, ensuring compliance with the company’s QMS, ISO 9001 standards, and customer quality requirements. Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and customers to drive project quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the regional QMS and quality processes.
- Oversee project quality management and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review customer specifications and conduct clause-by-clause quality analysis.
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, EHS Plans, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and lead FAT, inspections, and customer acceptance activities.
- Ensure quality issues, corrective actions, and lessons learned are properly documented and closed.
- Support Project Managers and act as a key quality interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive quality improvement across multidisciplinary and international teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management, ideally in energy, construction, industrial, electrical equipment, or renewables.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS and quality audits.
- Experience with FAT, Quality Plans, Control Plans, ITPs, 8D, FMEA/FMECA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and experience working in an international environment.
- BESS/ESS or renewable energy experience is highly advantageous.
