Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will become an integral part of our client’s team, driving commercial and contractual success. Key responsibilities include:
- Cost control, forecasting, and budgeting across live projects
- Handling Applications for Payment, valuations, and cash tracking
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring accurate reporting
- Managing subcontractors, including payments
- Overseeing variations, claims, and cost recovery processes
- Ensuring contract administration aligns with project requirements
- Collaborating with procurement and delivery teams
- Building effective on-site relationships to contribute to project success
