Role Purpose

From Taylor Hopkinson we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner that will provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders, with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, workforce analytics, and leadership effectiveness. The role supports consistent people practices and a data‑informed employee experience aligned to business needs to an important client.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic HR Partnering

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders, aligning people initiatives with business priorities through analytical insight.
  • Support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and succession discussions using evidence‑based recommendations.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring consistent execution and meaningful development outcomes.
  • Identify critical roles, capability gaps, and succession risks, supporting managers in building targeted development plans.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance.

Learning & Capability Development

  • Define and coordinate learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee delivery of training programs using internal and external resources.
  • Track learning impact through basic analytics and continuous improvement actions.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support engagement initiatives and translate survey insights into practical action plans.
  • Facilitate team development sessions and manager workshops when required.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Build effective relationships with leaders, HR peers, and external partners.
  • Ensure consistent execution of core HR processes, escalating risks or anomalies when needed.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred

Professional Knowledge & Experience

  • 7-8 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or Talent / Development roles
  • Proven track record supporting leaders in performance, learning, engagement, and development
  • Strong applied knowledge of performance management and talent processes
  • Experience using workforce and people analytics to support decision making
  • General working knowledge of local labor framework
