Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Data Center Projects

An international construction and project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to support large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects in Korea.

This role will lead mechanical engineering project delivery across the full lifecycle of complex ground-up developments, including design coordination, construction management, commissioning, and client handover. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead mechanical project management from design through construction and commissioning
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver large-scale technical facilities
* Manage budgets, procurement, tender processes, and contract administration
* Oversee EHS compliance, QA/QC standards, and construction progress
* Liaise with authorities for permitting and regulatory approvals
* Mentor and lead project team members across engineering, PM, and commercial functions

Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 12+ years site-based construction experience in large-scale projects
* Experience in data centers, advanced technology, or mission-critical facilities preferred
* Strong knowledge of construction delivery, procurement, cost control, and risk management
* Familiarity with project management tools and construction software
* Fluent Korean and English required

주요 업무

• 기계설비(MEP) 프로젝트 전반 관리 (설계 ~ 시공 ~ 시운전 ~ 인수인계)

• 설계사, 시공사, 협력사 등 다양한 이해관계자와 협업 및 조율

• 예산 관리, 발주 및 계약 관리 (입찰, 구매 등)

• 현장 공정, 품질(QA/QC), 안전(EHS) 관리

• 인허가 및 관련 기관 대응

• 프로젝트 팀 리딩 및 주니어 멤버 멘토링

자격 요건

• 기계공학 또는 관련 전공

• 건설사/EPC 기준 12년 이상 현장 경험 (대형 프로젝트)

• 데이터센터 또는 하이테크/미션 크리티컬 프로젝트 경험 우대

• 시공, 공정, 원가, 리스크 관리에 대한 전반적인 이해

• 한국어/영어 가능자
