Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the client Warehouse/yard setup in the Port of Leba
- Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage.
- Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personal and external contractors.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment
- Preparing tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians.
- Loading/unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane.
- Receiving and sending stores/cargo.
- Warehouse management incl, stock keeping.
- Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems.
- Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for site team / visitors.
- Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility.
- Welcome visitors, including site induction and helping them to utilise the port facilities.
- Informing client Team about external visitors in client port.
- Support with organising parking spots for employees and guests.
Requirements
- Polish right to work essential.
- Slinger/Banksman certification.
- Valid UDT Forklift Operator Licence
- Valid UDT Stationary Crane Operator Certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes).
- Valid GWO: Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid.
