From the reasons why people are choosing to work in the sector, to issues around net zero, investment, sustainability and talent pipeline, we want to paint a comprehensive picture of the renewables landscape as we approach the mid-point of a crucial decade for our planet’s future.

The insights you provide will be shared later this year in our first-ever Fact to the Future report, which will detail the trends, opportunities and risks defining the sector right now.

About the Fact to the Future survey

“Fact to the Future is an effort to gain a comprehensive understanding of current thinking within the renewable energy sector,” says our CEO Tom Hopkinson. “We don’t avoid difficult questions, so we believe that this survey will reveal useful insights that will be important and interesting for professionals as we navigate the changing landscape and aim to drive investment and project deployment towards the end of this decade.”

To do this, we need your help. We’d be extremely grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete our short survey on the key issues facing the renewable energy industry in 2023. If you do, you’ll be entered into our draw to win one of 10 Amazon vouchers, and you’ll help us build our most detailed profile yet of how renewable energy professionals like yourself feel about the direction of the industry.

Accelerating the energy transition

“We developed Fact to the Future to be a compelling, engaging resource for all stakeholders across sectors,” says Jilko Andringa, CEO at Brunel. “The insights that we gather across conventional energy, mining and life sciences will help us make informed decisions, and most importantly, accelerate the energy transition as we move towards a sustainable, net zero future.”

Your responses will remain anonymous, we won’t share the data with third parties or use it other than to compile our report, and we won’t store any information that can identify you.
