Ocean Winds, one of the world’s leading offshore wind developers, has launched the 2023 edition of its Graduates Programme as it looks to recruit the most talented young engineers in the sector and embark them on a two-year career acceleration course.
As the market-leading recruitment and global mobility partner to the renewable energy sector, Taylor Hopkinson will again lead the selection process for this year’s Programme after a successful partnership in 2021.
We’re looking for 15 gifted, ambitious engineering graduates in the first year of their career to benefit from this exciting opportunity. The young professionals selected will begin an intensive, two-year course with continuous training and learning specific to the wind energy industry, setting them up for a successful, sustainable career in renewables. Working on Ocean Winds‘ real-world offshore wind projects, the graduates will gain a holistic view of the sector, growing professionally and personally as they experience new working cultures around the world.
Ocean Winds Graduates Programme Locations
Successful graduates will work in at least three of the the following countries over the two-year Programme:
Spain
South Korea
Poland
France
United Kingdom
United States
Application Requirements for the Ocean Winds Graduates Programme
Applicants must be a graduate in an Engineering, Economics or Law.
A first or second-class degree is required.
A Master’s is not required but would be an advantage.
Applicants should have no more than 12 months’ work experience.
Applicants must have fluent spoken and written English, another language is a plus.
Applicants must be flexible, able and willing to relocate internationally at short notice.
Applicants must be available to work full-time when the course starts in September 2023.
