Taylor Hopkinson, a leading recruitment and global mobility service provider in the offshore wind sector, is proud to announce that they have been awarded a QA/QC surveillance contract for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm project in Scotland.
Inch Cape, a 1.1GW offshore wind farm, is jointly developed by Red Rock Renewables and ESB and is located 15 kilometres off the Angus Coast in the North Sea. It is one of the country’s largest offshore wind farms, significantly contributing to Scotland’s commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions and achieving net zero emissions by 2045.
The wind farm will consist of 72 offshore wind turbines and is aiming to be fully operational in 2027, with an operational life of over 25 years.
Taylor Hopkinson and Brunel’s global presence spans all of the key fabrication yard locations and is uniquely positioned to connect renewable specialists with pioneering projects worldwide—ensuring service, quality, and compliance across 45+ countries.

Taylor Hopkinson has supplied engineering, consenting and development specialists on the project since 2017 and will continue to do so throughout its current phase of works, including manufacturing, construction, offshore installation, and commissioning.
“Also being headquartered in Scotland, we are delighted to continue our ongoing relationship with another Scottish offshore wind farm,” says Chris Quinn, Head of Offshore Wind Contract at TH, “and to be responsible for providing specialist QA/QC surveillance and global mobility services to support the project’s execution.”
“We are delighted to further support Inch Cape beyond financial close,” says Neil Brown, Managing Director of Offshore Wind at TH. “In partnership with Brunel, this is now our 7th consecutive offshore wind farm on which we have delivered QA/QC services for UK/European clients fabricating components in China. With 10 operational entities in China, managed by 40 internal staff, we support our clients by delivering comprehensive solutions, including immigration and payroll services, to ensure full in-country compliance with tax and social security regulations.”
“Taylor Hopkinson has been a valuable partner during the project’s development,” says John Hill, Project Director at Inch Cape, “and continues to provide key support with the mobilisation of highly experienced fabrication site teams for this execution phase of the project.”
