Document Manager

Document Manager required for major Offshore Wind Farm developer based in Germany

Responsibilities

• Ensures the daily documentation work flows between the involved parties as needed by using the dedicated Document Management Systems (DMS) e.g. Imagine PDM/IM2, UNIFIER, Think Project.
• Supports the Lead Document Controller for specific tasks, such as MDL updates, progress reports, dedicated checks of issues.
• Knowledge of how the work of the document control team integrates with another project teams and contributes to the project
• Work according to the overall and project related document quality checklists, compliant to company and project quality procedures & accurate quality records
• Actively and routinely promote the identification of hazards and EHS risks in own area of operation and objects of design. Provide insight to leaders, customers, and colleagues with respect to own safety and systems and product integrity.

• Preferably educated with a Bachelor of Documentation Management, Engineering, IT or science degree from an accredited institution or equivalent knowledge or professional experience.

• Communications: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Quality oriented, structured, and organised, attention to detail, time management skills
