Enterprise Risk Associate

Taylor Hopkinson are sourcing an Enterprise Risk Associate for a pioneering offshore wind developer. This role can be based in Hamburg or Bremen.

The Enterprise Risk Associate will support the Enterprise Risk Manager with the development and establishment of the ERM framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further developing processes methods, tools, patterns and documentation across the business for a holistic risk management and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
• Assisting with the development and management of integrated portfolio risk management system.
• The day-to-day running of risk planning and reporting cycle including collaborating with risk owners on their mitigation activities.
• Coordinating the training and coaching programs to establish and enhance organisational awareness of risks and uncertainty.

Required Experience:

• Degree educated with an economical, financial or technical background or a similar degree and bring several years of professional experience in risk management or similar functions.
• Profound knowledge with an ERM system or other risk management tools.
• Experience in offshore wind project management or management of construction contracts.
• Strong analytical skills, a high level of self motivation and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and are proficient in all common MS Office applications.
