Project Development Manager – Onshore Wind

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential onshore wind project sites, assess their feasibility, and conduct thorough site analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and financial teams to create comprehensive project plans and business cases.
• Lead the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and community requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with landowners, local authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee contract negotiations, including land leases, power purchase agreements, and construction contracts.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and policy changes to identify opportunities and risks.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in onshore wind project development, including land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in German and English
