SCADA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support SCADA & Communications Manager in delivering the SCADA, network and communications scope to project objectives
• Review of SCADA, network and communication design, installation, commissioning documents
• Liaise with Commissioning & Installation Engineer and Supervisors during installation and commissioning
• Support SCADA manager to ensure SCADA system including architecture and system equipment's complies with all company and international cyber security standards
• Support SCADA manager with O&M design, OSS SCADA, WTG SCADA and Onshore Substation SCADA design.
• Maintain interface registers acc. to agreement with stakeholders
• Translate technical documents from Chinese to English

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and in writing
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Control Engineering or equivalent
• Direct work experience in a position as SCADA, network or telecommunications engineer preferable
• Willing to travel frequently within Taiwan for fabrication site and supplier visits
• A team player with ability and motivation to work in a diverse environment with people of different cultural backgrounds
