Senior Engineer – Senior Project Manager SMA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that project requirements are developed with a strong emphasis on health, safety, quality and environmental compliance
• Assist the Lead Project Manager SMA in negotiating the WTG SMA and acquiring RFIs (Requests for Information) in order to build the FID OPEX estimates.Create a BoP contracting plan in collaboration with Purchasing and each project work package to guarantee a smooth transfer to O&M.
• Carry out typical project management activities such as reporting, planning, risk management and resource management.

Requirements:

• Fluent level of English both spoken and written. (Spanish and/or German is a plus.)

• Degree in engineering or similar industry is required.

• Experience and knowledge of Offshore Wind O&M.
• Understanding of H&S legislation applicable to offshore
• Minimum of five years offshore wind experience is preferred, alternatively significant experience in a relevant discipline
• Availability to travel to sites and other offices may be required
• The role will be based in Berlin and/or London
