Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Solar Module Sr. Sales Manager for a leading global manufacturer of high-performance photovoltaic modules that serves utility-scale, C&I, and residential markets. The company is FEOC-compliant and operates a manufacturing facility in the US.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on commercial leader with strong industry relationships, deep product understanding, and a proven ability to close multi-MW module supply agreements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for PV modules.

Identify, prospect, and secure new business across utility-scale developers, EPCs and IPPs.

Manage pipeline development, customer forecasting, and accurate CRM updates to support operational planning.

Lead customer presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.

Provide market intelligence on pricing trends, competitor activity, policy changes, and customer needs.

Collaborate with supply chain, product, finance, and logistics teams to ensure competitive offerings and successful delivery.

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing strategy, customer service, and market positioning.
Qualifications

5-8+ years of solar industry sales experience, preferably with PV modules or related utility-scale equipment.

Strong network of developers, EPCs, distributors, and IPPs.

Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.

Solid understanding of module technology, supply chain dynamics, and project development processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
